Before you order
What photos do I need to send?
A clear photo of each product, front-facing, in decent light. Flat-lay, hanger, mannequin and ghost-mannequin shots all work. If you want a back view, send a back photo too, because we will not guess what the back looks like.
Are the models real people?
No. The models are AI-generated, so there are no model release or licensing fees. Many marketplaces ask sellers to disclose AI-generated imagery; we will tell you where that applies.
Will the garment look exactly like mine?
That is the point of the service. We write down how each product is built and reject any image that changes it. If something slips through, tell us and we redo it free.
Who owns the images?
You do. Once paid, you can use them anywhere: your store, ads, social media and marketplaces. You confirm when ordering that you own or have the right to use the photos you send.
Can you match my brand's look?
Yes. Tell us the backgrounds, settings and model look you want, or point us at your existing photos, and we keep it consistent across your range.
